Make Your Work Meaningful
Looking for a Physiotherapy role where you can work with adults, make a genuine difference and have the flexibility to structure your week around your life?
Join our experienced multidisciplinary allied health team supporting adults across NDISm DVA and Aged Care in their homes, clinic and community settings.
We’re looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team on a part-time basis, approximately 2 days per week, with the flexibility to build a working week that suits you.
A Diverse Adult Caseload
Work with a varied adult caseload across, supporting people living with disability, neurological conditions and age-related changes.
You’ll work with clients with different goals, abilities and life experiences, making every day different.
Your role may include:
- Physiotherapy assessments and interventions
- Individual and group sessions
- Rehabilitation and falls prevention
- Mobility, exercise and functional advice
- Equipment recommendations
- Client, family and carer education
- Supporting independence, safety and participation
Community-Based Physiotherapy That Goes Beyond the Clinic
Work with clients where they live and where life happens — in their homes, at the park, in the pool, at the gym or out in the community.
Every client is different,
and so is every day.
You’ll have the opportunity to understand what matters most to each person and use your clinical skills to help them move better, build confidence, stay independent and participate in the things they enjoy.
Make your clinical work meaningful by working with your clients, striving for personal goals key to them.
Flexibility That Actually Works Around You
We understand that life doesn't always fit neatly around a 9–5 working week.
Whether you're balancing family, study, other commitments or simply want greater control over your time, you'll have genuine autonomy over how you structure your week.
You can arrange your client appointments, report writing, supervision and professional development around your commitments, supported by your administration team member who helps manage your scheduling and coordination.
This is flexibility in practice — not just the option to work from home.
Support to Help You Thrive
You’ll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team and receive the support you need to grow your skills and confidence.
We offer:
- Regular in person clinical supervision and mentoring
- Structured onboarding
- Ongoing clinical training and professional development
- In-services and access to extensive learning resources
- Career pathway and specialist development opportunities
- A supportive multidisciplinary team of experienced clinicians
You can also connect with colleagues through our Neutral Bay clinic, supervision and team events, while working from home when appropriate.
Spend More Time Doing What You Love
Our dedicated administration team member supports scheduling, coordination and compliance, helping reduce the administrative load so you can focus on what matters most — your clients and their outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Physiotherapist who:
- Is passionate about making a genuine difference
- Enjoys working with adult clients
- Values client‑centred care and meaningful outcomes
- Enjoys varied, community‑based clinical work
- Values collaboration and multidisciplinary practice
- Is motivated to continue developing their clinical skills
- Can work autonomously while being part of a supportive team
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR
