Assistant Store Manager - Adult Shop Caboolture

We are seeking an assistant store manager who will help lead and inspire a team of sales staff. This is a 10 day fortnight part-time position and may involve evenings and weekends. The successful applicant must have strong organisational and time management skills and be a natural salesperson. The successful applicant must demonstrate an affinity for this industry and be prepared to test and review free sample product to gain an insight for sales and training purposes. We are looking for someone with huge initiative who can clearly demonstrate this, someone who can prepare and drive initiatives and not just maintain the status quo. The work environment is fast paced and dynamic as we strive for continual improvement. Our goal is to offer each customer excellence in customer service.

Key responsibilities

Store open and close

n

Marketing

n

Staff supervision and coaching

n

Stock control, receipt, transfer, stocktake and ordering

n

All necessary day to day operations

n

About you

n

Must be aged 18 years or older

n

Must be available to work any of Be Daring's trading hours

n

Must have qualified standards of personal presentation

n





Must have good computer skills and reasonable keyboard speed (minimum 25 wpm)

n

Must own a telephone

n

Must have driver's license and own vehicle (due to late night trading)

n

Must be prepared to appear in social media photographs and/or video

n

Must have a strong retail or sales background and experience (minimum 3 years)

n

Must be able to work without a cigarette break when rostered alone

n

Previous merchandising experience preferred
