Toshi is an established Melbourne lifestyle brand with a growing presence across Australia's leading marketplaces. As our marketplace footprint grows, so does the complexity behind it. We're looking for a technically minded ecommerce and marketplace specialist who can help us build the

systems, product data and integrations

required to scale these channels efficiently. This is a newly created role sitting at the intersection of

marketplaces, ecommerce, product data, systems and commercial growth . The Role

This isn't purely a marketplace trading role. A major initial focus will be working closely with our ecommerce and technical teams to improve how

product information, inventory and marketplace data flow across our systems and channels . You'll take ownership of marketplace integrations and product data projects, working with large and complex SKU catalogues and helping create scalable, increasingly automated processes. You'll still be close to the commercial performance of each marketplace, but you'll be just as comfortable investigating a data issue, improving a feed or integration, managing a project and working through thousands of SKUs as you are looking at marketplace performance. Marketplace Systems & Integrations

Manage and improve integrations between Toshi's internal systems, Shopify and marketplace channels. Lead marketplace onboarding and integration projects from initial scoping through testing, launch and ongoing optimisation. Work closely with technical stakeholders to identify integration issues and improve the flow of product, pricing, inventory and order data. Troubleshoot feed, mapping, synchronisation and marketplace data issues. Help document and develop scalable processes as Toshi adds new marketplaces. Identify opportunities to use

AI and automation

to reduce manual work and improve accuracy. Support the integration of new Australian and international marketplaces. Product Data & Catalogue Management

Manage large volumes of product data across multiple marketplace channels. Maintain accurate

SKUs, titles, descriptions, attributes, categories, imagery, pricing, inventory and product variations . Manage the complexity of fashion-style

size and colour variations

across different marketplace requirements.



Ensure product data is correctly mapped and formatted for each platform. Identify and resolve catalogue errors, rejected products and data inconsistencies. Improve product data structures and processes to make marketplace expansion faster and more scalable. Optimise titles, keywords and product information for marketplace search and performance. Inventory & Operations

Participate in the ongoing development and coordination of Toshi's

custom-built inventory system . Maintain accurate inventory data across ecommerce and marketplace channels. Work closely with the onsite warehouse and internal teams around stock availability and fulfilment. Support forecasting, returns, order flow and marketplace account health. Identify operational issues before they impact customers or marketplace performance. Technical Projects & Automation

Take ownership of marketplace and ecommerce projects from problem identification through to implementation. Work closely with technical advisors, ecommerce and operational teams. Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve or automate them. Use

AI and automation tools

to improve product data management, reporting and repetitive marketplace processes. Test new integrations, workflows and solutions before implementation. Document systems and processes to create greater visibility across the business. Marketplace Performance & Growth

Monitor marketplace sales, traffic, conversion, product visibility and profitability. Identify opportunities to improve marketplace performance through better data, listings, range and availability. Support promotional activity and key trading periods. Optimise product listings, marketplace SEO and keyword strategy. Support marketplace advertising and sponsored product activity. Research new marketplace opportunities locally and internationally. Use data to identify commercial opportunities and support marketplace growth. Data & Reporting

Analyse marketplace,



product and inventory data to identify issues and opportunities. Build and maintain reporting and dashboards. Track marketplace KPIs and operational performance. Reconcile marketplace fees, commissions and settlements where required. Translate complex data into clear actions for ecommerce, operational and technical stakeholders. What You'll Bring

Strong experience across

ecommerce, marketplaces, product data or ecommerce systems . Hands-on experience managing

large and complex product catalogues . Strong understanding of

marketplace integrations, product feeds and data mapping . Experience working with Shopify and marketplace platforms. Excellent Excel/data management and analytical capability. Comfortable investigating and resolving technical and data issues. Experience managing projects across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, particularly across high-volume product information. Genuine interest in

AI, automation and improving systems and processes . Experience with fashion-style

SKU, size and colour variations

would be highly regarded. Marketplace trading, advertising, promotions or commercial growth experience is advantageous, but this is

not purely a commercial trading role . Proactive, curious and comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led workplace. Why Toshi?
