Project Coordinator

to join our VIC Projects team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to grow their career and help drive efficient operations across transport, logistics, and freight.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinate transport bookings and delivery documentation

Oversee shopfitting logistics and material delivery schedules

Manage warehousing and staffing for national retail projects

Supervise warehouse staff and mentor admin team members

Maintain billing records and provide customer service

Skills and experience

Experience in logistics coordination and transport bookings

Solid communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

Background in warehousing, stocktakes, and pick & pack operations

Leadership experience supervising warehouse and admin teams

Accurate billing, invoicing,



and record-keeping abilities
