Our client is a well-established and growing Accounting Firm based in Melbourne's East. They are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. This role will offer a 4 days in the office / 1 day WFH arrangement, with the opportunity to grow and develop the position over time. Responsibilities:

Manage client correspondence and ATO communications through ATOmate Assist with the collation and electronic compilation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns Follow up with clients for outstanding information and documentation Assist clients with general queries while building robust professional relationships Meet with clients and provide general support Maintain the boardroom and assist with a small number of incoming calls Manage and update client databases and electronic filing systems Assist with ASIC and Corporate Affairs compliance tasks Support the Practice Manager with project work and ad-hoc administrative tasks You:

2+ years' experience in a similar role within an Accounting Practice Strong communication and client service skills Proficient with practice management and accounting software Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to take ownership of your work Highly organised, reliable and self-motivated Interested in growing and developing the role over time
