Your Responsibilities: This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the high standards expected within a premium hotel dining setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional, attentive and efficient food and beverage service to all guests

Take and process food and beverage orders with accuracy and care

Ensure food and beverages are delivered and presented in a timely, polished manner

Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant environment

Assist with table set-up, clearing and resetting throughout service

Collaborate closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to ensure seamless service

Adhere to hotel policies, food safety standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and responsible service of alcohol regulations

Support opening and closing duties as required

Qualifications About You

Have a valid RSA or be willing to obtain one

Previous experience in a high-volume hotel or premium restaurant environment is highly desirable.

Thoughtful, accurate, and quick on your feet without sacrificing quality.

Positive, personable, and adaptable under pressure.

Always ready to jump in and support your team members.





Available to work a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
