Restaurant Manager

to lead our front-of-house and operational teams. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer services, team leadership, and driving business success in a rapid-paced hospitality environment.

Salary AUD$79,500+ base negotiable (plus 12% Superannuation)

Job Requirements and Description As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, and creating a welcoming environment for both customers and employees.

Key responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures

Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and service staff

Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve any issues or complaints

Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships

Oversee budgeting, cost control, and sales performance

Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene,



and workplace safety regulations

Develop staff rosters and manage payroll inputs

Implement procedures to improve service quality and operational efficiency

Support marketing and promotional activities where required

What We’re Looking For

Relevant qualifications and proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Good understanding of food safety, compliance, and business operations

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
