Job Description

Join our team and drive key blower truck installation projects while maintaining our high standard of quality. Based out of our Richlands Depot , we are looking for reliable, motivated individuals to operate our pneumatic blower trucks and deliver major commercial and residential landscaping projects across the region. Location: Richlands (Depot) Pay: $37+ Based on experience and tickets/ licenses Pay: Weekly Extentions: Based on Performance (may potentially go full time) Primary Duties Safely and efficiently operate blower truck systems to install mulch, topsoil, aggregates, and erosion control products to exact project specifications.





Maneuver trucks into position and lay out heavy hoses across varied terrain while maintaining protected work zones. Ensure uniform material depth, clean application, and minimal waste on every job site. Perform daily pre-start inspections, routine equipment upkeep, hose flushing, and truck hygiene.

Work hands-on alongside crew members on-site to assist with hose handling, site clean-up, and general labouring.

Need White Card (General Construction Induction) Valid Driver's License: MR (Medium Rigid) or HR (Heavy Rigid) license is essential Physical Fitness: Capable of handling active, physical labouring duties (including dragging heavy hoses and working outdoors in all conditions) Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a team-first attitude
