Wayfinder is seeking an experienced Vineyard Manager to lead our certified organic vineyard and farm in Wilyabrup, Margaret River. This permanent full time role focuses on shaping the next chapter of an innovative organic vineyard.

You will guide viticulture during expansion and improvement, prioritising organic standards, soil health and fruit quality. The role sits within a 37-hectare site on a hundred-hectare organic property and reports to the Group Viticulturist.
