We are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join a busy and cooperative team within a well-established organisation in the FMCG sector.

Temporary Customer Service Representative | Sydney CBD

Immediate Start | 4 Months

$40 per hour + Super

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Processing customer orders accurately within SAP
n
- Managing the full order lifecycle from entry through to fulfilment
n
- Responding to customer enquiries via email
n
- Providing order updates including stock availability and shipment status
n
- Liaising with internal teams, warehouses and transport providers
n
- Monitoring outstanding orders and proactively following up
n




- Maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in customer service, customer care or order processing
n
- SAP experience is essential
n
- Strong written communication skills
n
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders accurately
n
- Proactive and comfortable asking questions when needed
n
- FMCG experience highly regarded
n
