THE ROLE

Reporting to the Manager, Business Partnering, the role of Senior Finance Business Partner is responsible for the provision of financial and budget management services, financial management reporting, and financial analysis. The Finance Business Partner will work closely with senior leadership and project teams within Homes Victoria, as well as work collaboratively with team members.

Reporting to the Manager, Business Partnering, the role of Senior Finance Business Partner is responsible for the provision of financial and budget management services, financial management reporting, and financial analysis. The Finance Business Partner will work closely with senior leadership and project teams within Homes Victoria, as also work collaboratively with team members.

Key attributes of the successful applicant will be proven finance and budgeting skills,



solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to problem solve, a commitment to continuous improvement, and attention to detail. Must have relevant industry experience.

Accountabilities Include

- Support the Senior Finance Manager and Manager, Business Partnering to effectively develop and manage the budget and expenditure of the PNFC, including budget setting, monitoring, financial forecasting, analysis, reporting and financial advice.
- Prepare analysis to support the PNFC through the annual Corporate planning process.
- Manage, liaise, consult, and engage with key stakeholders including providing specific business support across the PNFC.
