Inclusive Solutions Australia – Logan Central QLD
$80,000–$85,000 + Super | Full-Time Inclusive Solutions Australia (ISA Group)
Relationships. Intake. Growth. Exceptional Participant Experience.
Inclusive Solutions Australia is a growing NDIS provider delivering individualised disability supports across South East Queensland.
We’re looking for a highly capable NDIS Intake & Engagement Manager to take ownership of new participant intake, referral relationships and sustainable service growth.
This isn’t a traditional sales role.
We need someone who genuinely understands the NDIS, is exceptional with people, builds solid skilled relationships and knows how to turn an enquiry into a well-planned, sustainable participant service.
Just as importantly, you need to be exceptionally organised and strong administratively.
At ISA, bringing a participant through the door is only the beginning.
What You’ll Own
You will manage the participant journey from initial enquiry through to successful commencement and handover to our Operations team.
Your role will include:
- Managing new participant enquiries and intake
- Building strong referral relationships with Support Coordinators and other NDIS stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining an active referral pipeline
- Understanding participant NDIS plans, funding, goals and requested supports
- Assessing service suitability and identifying appropriate opportunities for ISA
- Preparing accurate Service Agreements and onboarding documentation
- Coordinating participant onboarding and service commencement
- Maintaining accurate intake records, trackers and systems
- Following up referrals consistently and professionally
- Working closely with Operations to ensure services can be delivered safely and effectively
- Providing a complete operational handover before commencement
- Following up new participants during the early stages of service
- Representing ISA at relevant stakeholder, networking and community events
- Identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.
What Success Looks Like
This is an outcomes-focused role with clear performance expectations.
Success isn’t measured by how many networking events you attend. It’s measured by your ability to build genuine referral relationships, generate appropriate opportunities, convert suitable referrals into services and establish those services properly.
Performance will include referral development, conversion, new recurring support hours, onboarding quality, Service Agreement accuracy, participant commencement and early retention.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines exceptional people skills with strong NDIS knowledge, commercial awareness and excellent administration.
You’re someone who follows through. If information is missing, you chase it. If something doesn’t make sense, you investigate it. If you say you’ll call someone Friday, you call them Friday.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Strong practical NDIS and disability-sector knowledge
- Experience in intake, participant engagement, Support Coordination, service coordination, business development or a comparable NDIS role
- Confidence understanding NDIS plans, funding and service arrangements
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder relationship skills
- Strong written communication and administration
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple referrals and priorities
- Initiative and strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently while knowing when to elevate
- Confidence working toward clearly defined KPIs and performance expectations.
- Experience with ShiftCare, Microsoft 365 or comparable systems will be highly regarded.
Why ISA?
ISA is continuing to grow, and this role will have a genuine influence on that growth.
We want someone who is smart, accountable, responsive and genuinely takes ownership.
You’ll have the opportunity to build strong sector relationships, contribute directly to business growth and help shape the experience participants have from their very first interaction with ISA.
Salary: $80,000–$85,000 + super, depending on experience.
Remuneration will be formally reviewed following demonstrated performance against the role’s agreed KPIs and broader performance expectations.
If you’re highly organised, exceptional with people, confident navigating the NDIS and excited about helping grow a quality disability service, we’d love to hear from you.
