Carrington Centennial Care is seeking a Rostering Coordinator to manage rostering for approximately 450 staff across four onsite residential aged care facilities. This full time role operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, reporting to the General Manager of Residential Care.
The position offers base salary plus leave loading, superannuation and not-for-profit salary packaging, with a focus on quality care, staff engagement and compliance.
