About the Role

Labourforce is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Recruitment Resourcer to join our recruitment team in Archerfield.

n

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‐on experience in the recruitment industry and develop their skills within a fast‐paced, team‐oriented office environment.

n

Working closely with our recruitment team, you will provide support across the recruitment process, helping us connect candidates with suitable employment opportunities.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Screening and interviewing candidates
n
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process
n
- Contacting candidates regarding available opportunities
n
- Confirming candidate availability and rosters
n
- Updating candidate records and recruitment systems
n
- Providing general administrative and recruitment support
n
- Working closely with Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers
n
- Assisting with day-to-day office and recruitment activities
n

Previous recruitment experience is not essential — we are looking for the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.
