About the Role

n

As Duty Manager, you'll oversee daily hotel operations, lead and support the front office and guest services team, and be a visible, hands-on presence ensuring every guest has an exceptional stay. Living on-site, you'll be closely connected to the property and well placed to respond quickly and effectively whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across shifts
n
- Lead, coach and support front office and guest service staff
n
- Handle guest inquiries,



feedback and escalations with professionalism
n
- Monitor and maintain service standards, presentation and compliance
n
- Support rostering, stock control and reporting
n
- Respond to on-site incidents and operational needs outside standard hours
n
- Work closely with the Head of Operations to drive performance and guest satisfaction
n

About You

n

- Previous experience in a similar hotel leadership role
n
- Strong leadership and guest service skills
n
- Flexible and available to be on-site, including responding after hours when required
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
- RMS experience highly regarded
n
- Full working rights in Australia
