Customer Experience Consultant | Mercedes-Benz Brisbane Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is seeking a professional, enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Experience Consultant to join our team.

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming workplace and delivering the exceptional experience expected from the Mercedes-Benz brand.

You will work closely with our Sales, Service and other dealership teams to ensure every customer is acknowledged, supported and provided with a seamless luxury experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience from arrival through to departure

Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department

Coordinate customer appointments and assist with follow-up activities

Support the Sales and Service teams with administrative tasks

Maintain customer-facing areas to an impeccable standard

Respond professionally to competing or urgent customer requests

Follow company policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements

Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team

About You

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception or a similar customer-facing role





Professional presentation and a warm, approachable manner

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment

Confidence working both independently and as part of a team

A positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
