The department is led by Food & Beverage DirectorTanguy Charbonnet (Australian Bartender of the Year 2025), the program is built on deep product knowledge, ongoing training, and a commitment to sustainability in every detail.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Bar Manager to support the leadership of Flaggerdoot and help deliver an exceptional, world-class guest experience.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences

Support daily bar operations and service execution

Assist with stock ordering, inventory management and cost control

Manage guest requests and resolve service issues promptly

Ensure compliance with service standards, RSA and venue policies





Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest journeys

Lead by example with professionalism, energy and humility

About You:

You are a confident hospitality professional who thrives in high-end, fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering memorable guest experiences.

Previous experience in a bar supervisory or assistant manager role

Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails and contemporary bar techniques

Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team

A genuine passion for guest experience and attention to detail

Versatile availability, including weekends and public holidays
