Restaurant Manager

to join our team in our Fortitude Valley location. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vibrant restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth. What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting Lead and motivate a team of front‑of‑house and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall performance of the restaurant Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory to optimise costs and minimise waste Monitor customer feedback and implement continuous improvements to address any concerns What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably within the hospitality industry Strong leadership and people management skills,



with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, staff, and suppliers Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and cost control Thorough knowledge of food safety, health, and licensing regulations Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service What we offer
