You'll be working with a young and energetic team who are highly respected and well known within the area. We're looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about furthering their realestate career and helping our team grow!

Your duties will include:

Conducting routine inspections

Organising tenancies

Ingoing inspections

Liaising with tenants regarding maintenance

Chasing rental arrears and invoices

Organising appointments

Prospecting including cold calling and door knocking

Redirecting bills and entering bills

Assist with property managers day to day duties

To succeed in this role you will have to:

Be confident to take phone calls





The ability to manage and prioritise your time

Be punctual

Be able to work in a quick paced environment

Be open to working 6 days a week

Certificate of registration or willing to obtain one prior to starting
