Northern Health in Melbourne’s northern suburbs is seeking an Administration Officer for Outpatients. You will provide high-quality reception and phone support, register patients and referrals, and coordinate appointments across multiple campuses. You’ll work with patients, carers, and clinicians, support Healthdirect telehealth, and keep administrative processes running smoothly with rotating shifts 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
