Junior Family Lawyer (1-2 Years PAE) Take the Next Step in Your Family Law Career

Are you a junior Family Lawyer looking to build your expertise in a supportive and reputable practice? We are seeking a motivated lawyer with 1-2 years post-admission experience to join a well-established family law team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners, gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of family law matters, and accelerate your career development in a collaborative environment.

You will work across a variety of family law matters, including:

Parenting and children's matters

Property settlements

Divorce applications

Binding Financial Agreements

Domestic and Family Violence matters

Mediation and dispute resolution processes

You will develop direct client contact, carriage of your own files commensurate with your experience, and ongoing mentoring from senior family law professionals.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

1-2 years PAE in family law

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent drafting and file management abilities

A genuine passion for family law





The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

A client-focused and empathetic approach
