The Role An opportunity has become available for an organised and customer-focused Operations Coordinator – PPE Vending Machine Division to join our team in Hurstville.

This varied role is responsible for coordinating RSEA’s PPE vending-machine and locker solutions for B2B customers. You will manage the process from initial customer enquiry and proposal through to account setup, installation, training and ongoing operational support.

Working closely with sales, customer service, planning, warehouses, suppliers and external contractors, you will help ensure vending solutions are implemented effectively and continue operating smoothly. The position also involves occasional national travel to support customer installations and training.

Key Responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact for vending-machine and locker enquiries

Managing customer enquiries across phone, Teams and email

Preparing customer proposals, including equipment and rental information

Coordinating customer setup, product selections, orders and installations

Setting up and maintaining vending software, customer access and reporting

Training customers on machine usage, replenishment and system functionality

Coordinating technicians and third-party contractors for installations,



servicing and repairs

Raising purchase orders and approving supplier and contractor invoices

Invoicing B2B customers for monthly vending-machine rental

Supporting stock replenishment, stocktakes, forecasting and backorder management

Resolving operational issues affecting customer accounts

Producing sales and operational reportsSupporting the sales team with customer opportunities and tender submissions

Coordinating internal stakeholders to deliver suitable vending solutions

About You

Previous experience in operations coordination, customer service, account support, field service or a similar role

Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders

Comfortable taking ownership of customer enquiries and operational issues

Experience with purchasing, invoicing, stock coordination or order management

Intermediate Excel skills, including XLOOKUPs and PivotTables

Comfortable learning vending software and performing basic technical troubleshooting

Experience using Pronto or another ERP system is desirable but not essential

Current driver’s licence and willingness to undertake occasional national travel

Vending or equipment-service experience is welcomed but not required

Based in Hurstville, NSW

Full-time, office-based position

Monday–Friday
