Working across a broad client base you will be servicing many SMB's.This is a great team with a supportive work culture. This role will beoffice based and suits a candidate with 12+ months previous experience in a help-desk/service desk role who is looking to gain valuable IT skills.

Skills & Experience

12+ months experience working in an MSP supporting the following technologies: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Windows 1011, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare, Networking and Cloud technologies.

Previous experience working in an MSP environment

Queue Management experience a bonus

Experience in configuring, maintaining, and optimising severs, networks and other critical IT infrastructure

Good understanding of virtualisation technologies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate with team members and work in a quick paced workplace

Requirements

Qualifications in IT or equivalent or industry certifications

Drivers licence

Must hold PR or be an Australian Citizen to apply
