Spray Painter for Kitchen/Joinery Manufacturing Business

Are you a skilled spray painter with a passion for quality and precision? Join a Sydney furniture and joinery manufacturer with 42 years of premium craftsmanship behind it, working alongside a dedicated paint department in our Mt Kuring-gai workshop.

Position: Spray Painter

Key Responsibilities

- Panel sanding and surface preparation to achieve optimal paint adhesion
- Application of premium polyurethane finishes to custom joinery and furniture
- Application of premium timber staining and explicit coats to custom joinery and furniture
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised spray booth environment
- Consistent high standards of workmanship, colour matching and finish quality
- Communicate with the Operations Manager and Factory Foreman to ensure all sprayed items are complete to align with the weekly schedule set
- Working within our OH&S; company policy





What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a spray painter, particularly with polyurethane finishes
- Strong eye for detail and finish quality
- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Able to work as part of a small, established paint team
- Australian working rights and own transport preferred
