Job Description
As the Content Creator at Untitled Group, you're a creative storyteller with a passion for capturing moments that connect with audiences. You have a strong understanding of short-form content, social media trends and what makes content engaging across platforms.

You thrive in fast-paced creative environments and enjoy turning ideas, briefs and live experiences into compelling content. With a strong eye for detail and a proactive mindset, you'll work closely with the Marketing team to capture, edit and deliver content that showcases the energy of Untitled Group's brands, festivals and events.
n
You're adaptable, collaborative and always looking for recent ways to experiment with formats, trends and editing styles to create content that drives engagement and builds brand awareness.

This is a 6-month contract role.

Untitled Group is Australia's largest independent music and events company, and the team behind festivals including Beyond The Valley, Wildlands, Ability Fest, and Pitch Music & Arts. Beyond our flagship festivals, we also work across artist touring, artist management and operate a booking agency.

HERE'S WHERE YOU'LL BE SPENDING YOUR TIME:

- Filming and editing short-form video content for social platforms.
n
- Capturing live, reactive and behind-the-scenes content across Untitled Group events and brands.
n
- Turning around content within agreed timelines, including fast-turnaround content where required.
n
- Supporting content shoots through preparation, filming and post-production.
n
- Developing content ideas informed by briefs, platform trends and audience behaviour.
n
- Keeping up to date with emerging social media formats, trends, audio and editing styles.
n
- Working closely with the Social Media Manager and the wider Marketing team to deliver content against campaign and posting schedules.
n
- Reviewing and refining content in response to feedback.
n
- Maintaining organised footage, working files and final content assets.
n
- Continuing to build filming, editing and content production skills.
n

WHAT YOU BRING:
n
n
- Experience creating and editing engaging social media content, particularly short-form video.
n
- Strong understanding of platforms including Instagram and TikTok, with an awareness of current trends and audience behaviours.
n
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to translate ideas and briefs into engaging content.
n
- Experience using video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Canva, Descript or Opus Clip.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work closely with creative and marketing teams.
n
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn and a passion for continuously improving your craft.
