Prime Steel Engineering is looking for a Bandsaw Operator to join our growing structural steel and staircase fabrication team in Penrith.

n

Experience is preferred, but we are also interested in someone who is highly motivated, reliable, keen to learn, and looking for a long-term career in steel fabrication.

Your Responsibilities

n

n
- Operate bandsaw machinery to cut steel to required sizes.
n
- Read basic workshop drawings and cutting lists.
n
- Measure and mark steel accurately.
n
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
n
- Work with the fabrication team to meet production deadlines.
n

What We're Looking For

- Bandsaw or steel fabrication experience preferred.
n




- Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools.
n
- Strong attention to detail.
n
- Reliable with a good work ethic.
n
- Physically fit and safety-focused.
n
- Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and grow with the company.
