An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Regional Support Manager to join a well-established Residential Aged Care provider, supporting a portfolio of homes across ACT and NSW.

n

This is an opportunity to step into a regional leadership position within a stable and well-supported organisation, working alongside experienced Facility Managers and a State Manager to continue delivering high standards across the portfolio.

n

The homes are running smoothly, providing an excellent platform for a robust people leader to step in, build relationships and support continued operational and clinical excellence.

The Opportunity

n

Reporting directly to the State Manager, you will provide leadership and support across a portfolio of Residential Aged Care homes, working closely with Facility Managers to ensure each home continues to operate effectively.

n

The structure is:

State Manager → Regional Support Manager → Facility Managers

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Providing leadership, guidance and support to a portfolio of Residential Aged Care homes
n
- Partnering closely with Facility Managers to support operational performance
n
- Maintaining strong standards across clinical, compliance and operational areas
n




- Supporting Facility Managers with day-to-day leadership and problem-solving
n
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
n
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and sharing best practice across the portfolioSupporting a positive culture focused on residents, people and quality outcomes
n

About You

n

We are looking for an experienced aged care leader who is ready to take their career to the next level.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Facility Manager within Residential Aged Care
n
- Strong understanding of aged care operations, compliance and clinical requirements
n
- Proven leadership capability and the ability to support and develop Facility Managers
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- AHPRA Registered Nurse qualification – highly desirable
n
- Full Australian Working Rights
n
