Hurley Hotel Group is seeking a casual chef or cook for approximately 30 hours per week at The Ivory Waterside Tavern and Marina Tweed Heads. Open seven days with flexible day/evening/weekend shifts, public transport access, and free on-site parking.

The successful applicant will have an apprenticeship and a Chef trade qualification, experience in cafe/bistro/restaurant service, and solid food safety, hygiene, and plating standards. A hands-on, can-do attitude is essential.
