Growers Market Port Macquarie is looking for a friendly, reliable and highly organised Administration Officer to join our team full time.

This is an important role within our business, with a strong focus on daily cash handling, account processing and accurate data entry. We're looking for someone who is confident working with numbers, has exceptional attention to detail and can manage their workload efficiently in a busy environment.

What you'll be doing

- Daily cash handling, counting and reconciliation
n
- Accurate account and data entry
n
- Processing invoices
n
- Checking figures and ensuring records are accurate
n
- Maintaining organised accounts and administrative records
n
- General office administration
n
- Managing emails and phone enquiries
n
- Supporting management with day-to-day administrative duties
n

Previous experience in administration, data entry or cash reconciliation would be highly regarded.
