Natural Capital & Carbon Programs Manager

Position

Seeking a commercially minded and technically capable Natural Capital & Carbon Programs Manager to lead the development and evolution of key sustainability programs across the industry. Reporting to the Global Sustainability & Strategic Programs Manager, this role will assist in shaping the long-term commercial model, governance framework and market positioning of the natural capital and carbon initiatives. Working closely with agricultural producers, industry stakeholders, investors, researchers and internal teams, you will play a pivotal role in turning innovative pilot programs into commercially sustainable offerings that deliver meaningful outcomes for the industry.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the development and implementation of natural capital and carbon initiatives.
- Establishing future commercial and service delivery models for sustainability programs.
- Managing complex stakeholder relationships across industry,



government and commercial partners.
- Providing technical expertise on carbon markets, nature markets and GHG accounting frameworks.
- Translating complex sustainability concepts into practical and accessible communications.
- Identifying opportunities to scale programs and create long-term industry value.

Profile

The successful candidate will bring a blend of technical sustainability expertise, commercial acumen and strong stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal background will include:

- Robust knowledge of carbon and nature markets and greenhouse gas accounting frameworks.
- Experience within sustainability, regenerative agriculture, natural capital, climate strategy or related sectors.
- Demonstrated success building or scaling commercial programs, service models or strategic initiatives.

You will need to be a hands-on, adaptable and proactive professional who enjoys working in evolving environments. Have the ability to build trust quickly, communicate effectively at all levels and be equally comfortable engaging with agricultural producers, investors, executive leadership and Board members. A collaborative approach, strong resilience and a genuine desire to create positive industry outcomes will be key to success.

- Salary package circa $135,000 + super
