We create value for our customers and communities through customised, reliable and efficient technology solutions. We provide managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions and technology support to government, commercial and individual clients throughout Australia.

Our business is built on strong client relationships, exceptional service and a commitment to helping organisations get the most from their technology. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to join our team.

About the Prospect

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and making sure clients receive a great experience.

We're looking for someone who is confident communicating with clients, organised, comfortable using technology and enjoys working with a team to get things done.

You may already have experience in customer service, administration, client services, account coordination, service coordination, telecommunications, technology or another customer-facing environment — or you may be looking to take the next step in your career.

You’ll receive training and support to build your understanding of our services, systems and clients.

About the Role

As a Client Services Coordinator, you’ll be an important point of contact for our existing clients and will work closely with our technical and leadership teams to ensure clients receive a positive and consistent experience.

Your role will involve communicating with clients, coordinating information, following up requests and helping make sure things happen when they should. You’ll build an understanding of our clients and their needs and help connect them with the right people within our business.

This is a varied role that combines customer service, administration, coordination and relationship management. You don’t need to be a technical expert — we’ll help you develop your understanding of our technology solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Build positive and professional relationships with existing clients.
- Respond to client enquiries and ensure requests are followed up.
- Coordinate information between clients, technical teams and leadership.
- Assist with client onboarding and maintaining accurate client information.
- Follow up outstanding actions and keep clients informed of progress.
- Assist with client meetings, reviews and communications.
- Prepare basic proposals,

quotations and client documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the 4wardX management platform.
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
- Support the team with administration and coordination activities.
- Help ensure clients receive a consistent, professional and responsive service.
- Represent the company professionally when communicating with clients and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, professional and confident communicating with clients.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
- Reliable and willing to take ownership of their responsibilities.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
- A good listener who enjoys understanding what customers need.
- Confident working as part of a team.
- Professional in written and verbal communication.
- Interested in developing their career in a growing technology business.

Experience

Previous experience in one or more of the following would be highly regarded:

- Client services
- IT or technology

We’re interested in the person as much as the experience you bring. If you have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, confident learning new systems and interested in developing their understanding of the IT industry.

An understanding of the following would be advantageous, but training will be provided:

- Cloud technology
- Business IT
- Managed IT services
- Modern workplace technologies
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.

Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Blue Card prior to commencement.

Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check prior to commencement.

What We Offer

- Company vehicle available for approved client visits and business travel.
- Supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Training and ongoing career development.

- Mentoring from experienced technology and business professionals.
- Exposure to government and commercial clients across a range of industries.
- Modern technology and business systems.
- Opportunity to develop your career within a growing technology business.
- Direct access to leadership and the opportunity to contribute ideas.
- A varied role where no two days are the same.
- Opportunity to make a meaningful contribution as the business continues to grow.

This role is designed for someone who wants to develop their skills and build a long-term career with a growing technology business. You’ll receive mentoring, training and exposure to different areas of our business while developing your customer service, client management, technology and commercial skills.

As your experience and capabilities develop, there may be opportunities to progress into roles such as:

- Customer Success Manager
- Service Delivery Manager
- Business Development Manager

Progression will depend on your interests, strengths, performance and the needs of the business.

You’ll have the tools to do the job well.

We’ve developed our own business management platform, 4wardX, which brings together the information and systems our team needs to manage clients effectively.

By streamlining processes and reducing administrative overhead, you’ll have more time to do what matters — looking after customers, communicating effectively and getting things done.

Why Join Us?

This is more than just a customer service position. It’s an opportunity to build a career with a growing technology company that values initiative, relationships, customer success and career development.

You’ll work with organisations that value trusted advice, strong partnerships and exceptional service, while working alongside experienced technology and business professionals.

As a growing business, every team member could make a meaningful impact. Your ideas, contributions and successes will be recognised, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop as the business continues to grow.

Ready to Join Us?

If you’re looking for a role where you can combine your people skills, organisation, customer service ability and interest in technology, we’d love to hear from you.

You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’re looking for someone who is positive, reliable, willing to learn and genuinely enjoys helping customers.
