- Owning WHS on site, because that's just the standard, not a checkbox

- Working closely with the PM and CA to sort problems before they become delays

- Getting this project to practical completion the right way

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Runs on the board managing Class 2 residential or mixed-use builds
n
- Comfortable running projects in the $15M-$30M+ range
n

- Genuine BCA/NCC and WHS knowledge, not just paperwork

- Leadership that trades actually respect, not just tolerate
n
- A White Card and the right trade or construction quals
n
- Comfortable using Procore or similar systems
n
- Available to start immediately
