Previous experience as a

Store Manager Fashion retail experience is preferred Strong understanding of retail KPIs and what drives sales performance Confident people leader who enjoys coaching and developing a team Commercially minded with a strong focus on achieving results Experience across recruitment, stock management and visual merchandising Hands‑on, organised and able to take ownership of the store A genuine passion for fashion, customers and creating a great team environment What’s on Offer

$68-70K + Superannuation Tuesday–Saturday roster |
