We’re looking for a Logistics/Warehouse Administrator to join a busy team within a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.

About the Role Working alongside the warehouse and logistics team, you’ll help keep orders, stock and freight organised and moving on time.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Processing and preparing orders for picking

Printing and checking order paperwork

Organising freight bookings and quotes

Checking freight costs and ensuring information is accurate

Prioritising orders based on deadlines and freight requirements

Assisting with stock organisation and freight staging





Helping with truck loading when required

Preparing labels and paperwork

Following up on orders and delivery timeframes

Assisting with returned goods and stock checks

Communicating stock requirements with other branches

Supporting sales and warehouse teams with orders and product preparation

Entering information into ERP/CRM systems

General administration and day-to-day logistics tasks

We’re looking for someone who is:

Organised and reliable

Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

Accurate with data entry and paperwork

Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

A valuable communicator

Proactive and willing to help wherever needed

Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment

Interested in developing a career in logistics

Previous experience in logistics, warehouse administration, transport or a similar environmentis essential.
