About the Role... Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and take ownership of their bookkeeping from end to end. You'll do more than process transactions. You'll identify issues, improve systems and help clients operate more effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, BAS, payroll and month end reporting

Maintain accurate, up to date financial records and ledgers

Manage workflow and WIP through XPM and FYI

Improve processes, systems and efficiencies

Resolve issues proactively and take ownership of outcomes

Build strong client relationships and collaborate with accountants

About you...





5+ years' senior bookkeeping experience in public practice or a multi-client environment

Strong Xero skills, with MYOB, QuickBooks Online and XPM experience highly regarded

Confident working directly with clients and accountants

Proactive, solutions focused and comfortable using initiative

Organised, adaptable and confident making decisions

Strong attention to detail and communication skills
