Job Description

Quantium in Sydney is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the team building Quantium's internal platform for developing and delivering production-grade AI agents. The platform provides shared components, templates, infrastructure and guardrails to help engineers deliver AI-powered solutions faster.

You will manage a ~10 person team, stay close to architecture and product direction, and shape how agents are designed, tested and deployed while maintaining scale, reliability, and governance
