Maintenance Plumber – North Shore & Surrounds

This is a varied maintenance plumbing role where no two days are exactly the same. You'll be working on strata maintenance and reactive plumbing, real estate maintenance, residential maintenance for homeowners, blocked drains and general drainage, leaking taps, toilets and pipes, hot water systems, general repairs and fault finding, small plumbing projects and upgrades, and communicating with property managers, strata managers and homeowners. You'll have the opportunity to work independently while having a supportive team behind you when you need it.

Key responsibilities

- Strata maintenance and reactive plumbing

- Residential maintenance for homeowners
n
- Blocked drains and general drainage
n
- Leaking taps, toilets and pipes
n
- Hot water systems
n
- General repairs and fault finding
n
- Small plumbing projects and upgrades
n
- Communicating with property managers, strata managers and homeowners

About you

n

n
- Qualified and experienced maintenance plumber, or 4th Year Apprentice with strong maintenance experience
n
- Reliable and turns up ready to work
n
- Can work independently and solve problems
n
- Comfortable dealing directly with customers
n




- Can represent the company professionally
n
- Understands the importance of keeping clients and property managers informed
n
- Positive attitude and willing to help the team
n
- Current driver's licence required
n
