The Role

n

We seek a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to help grow our store. You will become a critical member of our team, where your enthusiastic and positive approach will be vital in achieving growth and building our customer base of the retail store.

n

Junior Retail Assistants are welcome to apply; however, juniors with full availability during school hours and Saturdays will be preferred.

n

Your Key Accountabilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

- POS experience is desirable.
n
- Engage with customers and recommend products best suited to their needs.
n
- Support and motivate team members to achieve store goals collectively.
n
- Contribute to daily sales and KPI targets.
n
- Maintain upkeep of the store.
n
- Reliable and hard-working.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
