Our client is well-established, internationally renowned for curating innovative flooring sourced from leading manufacturers. They are committed to excellence, transparency, and creating an inspiring environment for clients and team members alike.

As their Brisbane-based representative, you will take ownership of a growing territory that spans Queensland. Your focus will be on expanding brand awareness, nurturing existing relationships, and converting opportunities across the architecture, interior design, construction, and development sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Building strong partnerships with architects, designers, builders, developers, and contractors
- Generating new business while supporting and growing existing accounts
- Presenting product solutions, coordinating sample libraries, and hosting product demonstrations
- Managing your sales pipeline using CRM systems and reporting tools
- Representing the brand at industry events and networking functions




- Delivering exceptional customer experiences from first engagement to final specification

What You’ll Bring

- Demonstrated success in a similar sales or business development role within the interiors or construction industry
- A network within the A&D; sector across QLD and Northern NSW
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with a natural ability to read people and build trust
- Highly motivated, proactive, and confident working independently
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational ability, and time management
- Passion for premium design products and environmentally responsible materials
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, and the ability to quickly adopt new platforms
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
