Job Description

As a Massage Therapist at SOAK, you'll provide exceptional treatments to our bathhouse guests, helping them relax, recharge and leave feeling their best. Flexible shifts are available between 9 AM – 9 PM, including evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays as required.

Key responsibilities

- Providing high-quality massage treatments to bathhouse guests, including relaxation, pregnancy and deep tissue massage
n
- Welcoming guests and creating a warm, calming and professional experience from start to finish
n
- Ensuring guests feel comfortable, cared for and that their expectations are exceeded
n
- Turning over massage linen and preparing the treatment room between clients
n
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards throughout the treatment space
n
- Working closely with Bathhouse Hosts and the wider team to share guest feedback, discuss the daily schedule and support new bathhouse initiatives
n
- Contributing to a positive, qualified and relaxing atmosphere for every guest

About you

- A genuine passion for the health and wellness industry
n
- Excellent massage and customer service skills
n
- A recognised qualification in Massage Therapy — domestic and international qualifications are welcome
n
- Experience in relaxation, deep tissue and/or pregnancy massage
n
- A warm, welcoming and calming personality
n
- A positive, self-motivated attitude and a strong work ethic
n
- Immaculate presentation and high standards of personal hygiene
n
- Current professional insurance
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
n
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays as required
n
- Full working rights in Australia
