Followmont Transport is seeking an experienced Tug Driver / Yard Operator to join our Sydney operations team. Working closely with our Fleet Controllers and Operations team, you'll play a key role in safely positioning trailers, supporting freight movements and helping keep our depot operating efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing Moving trailers in and out of loading and unloading areas using a tug Coordinating trailer movements with Fleet Controllers and Operations Operating a forklift to load, unload and stage freight Assisting with trailer preparation, load restraint, straps, gates and curtains Supporting yard and operational activities as required Occasionally relocating trailers and equipment around the depot Following all safety and compliance procedures





What You'll Need Current MC Licence Current LF Forklift Licence Previous transport yard or operational experience Tug driving experience advantageous but not essential Strong safety focus and attention to detail Reliable attitude and ability to work within a team Ability to pass a medical, drug & alcohol screen and criminal history check
