Key responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for all general reception enquiries and enquiries relating to membership Maintain the membership database, conducting regular reviews to ensure data accuracy Enrol new members and coordinate the renewal process for existing members Greet clients and visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner Manage incoming calls and distribute/take messages as required Organise stationery and other office consumables, and ordering as required Provide administrative support for programs/functional groups Ensure the entrance, kitchen and meeting rooms are kept tidy and well presented Process incoming and outgoing mail and couriers Maintain accurate records within the membership database and general office administrative systems About you

Demonstrated administrative experience Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook Experience utilising database systems, such as Dynamics 365 Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent in a relevant discipline,



or a willingness to work towards a relevant qualification Professional approach and attitude Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Well-developed verbal and written communication skills A demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and work Strong commitment to teamwork and good practice National Police Check required About us
