The Pull Up Guys T/As Floor Envy Nq – Townsville QLD

As our Office Assistant, you will provide day to day administrative support to the Manager and wider Floor Envy NQ team. You'll be an important part of keeping our office organised, our communication flowing and our customers well looked after.

Key responsibilities

Managing incoming emails and general correspondence

Answering telephone enquiries and directing calls

Greeting customers, suppliers and visitors

General filing, data entry and record keeping

Maintaining organised electronic and physical office records

Managing stationery, office supplies and general office requirements

Assisting with quotes, invoices and general administration using Xero

Providing administrative support to the Manager and wider team

Assisting with Facebook and Instagram content and general social media administration

Creating and editing basic marketing and business material using Canva

About you





A minimum of five years' experience in a similar office administration role

Strong experience using Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience using Xero

Confidence using Facebook and Instagram for business

Experience using Canva

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent attention to detail

The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

The ability to remain organised and effective when working under pressure
