We are looking for a Welder for our client, a company operating in the transport manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for welding aluminium and steel, reading drawings and taking measurements, while working closely with the wider team.
- Up to $60 per hour (incl casual loading) (negotiable depending on experience)
- Casual, short-term contract (approx. 3 months) |Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
- Location: Wendouree VIC 3355
Roles & Responsibilities
- Weld aluminium and steel as part of the manufacturing line
- Read drawings and take accurate measurements
- Maintain all WH&S; policies and procedures
- Participate proactively in team meetings and toolbox talks
- Identify and report hazards and incidents and coordinate welding activities with the department
About You
- TIG welding experience is preferred
- MIG welding experience will be considered
- Robust commitment to WH&S; policies and procedures
