About the Role
n
We are seeking a hands-on Events and Field Marketing Specialist to plan and deliver customer events, trade shows, roadshows, product launches and integrated field campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will connect marketing plans with practical execution, working closely with sales, product and technical teams, channel partners, agencies and suppliers.

This role suits an organised and commercially minded marketer who enjoys managing multiple projects, creating engaging campaign materials and using results to improve future activity.

Key responsibilities
n
n
- Plan and deliver customer events, trade shows, roadshows, partner activities, product launches, webinars and other field marketing programs across ANZ.
n
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including timelines, venues, registrations, speakers, suppliers, collateral, equipment, attendee communications and on-site coordination.
n
- Partner with sales, product, technical and channel teams to translate business priorities into practical go-to-market campaigns and event plans.
n
- Coordinate marketing content and materials for campaigns, including invitations, presentations, product collateral, signage, digital assets, social posts and follow-up communications.
n
- Work with agencies, venues and other suppliers; prepare briefs, obtain quotations,
monitor delivery and maintain productive external relationships.
n
- Use CRM and relevant marketing platforms to manage invitations, registrations, attendance, lead capture and post-event follow-up.
n
- Track campaign and event performance, analyse feedback and results, and provide clear reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
n
- Manage allocated budgets, purchase and invoice processes, stock and distribution of marketing materials, and accurate expense records in line with company requirements.
n
- Support local website, digital media and social channel updates where required, ensuring content is accurate, timely, brand-aligned and compliant.
n
- Maintain awareness of market, customer and competitor activity to identify relevant campaign and partnership opportunities.
n
- Ensure all external-facing activities and materials comply with brand guidelines, privacy requirements, applicable laws and company policies.
n
- Provide broader marketing support and undertake other reasonable duties as required.

What you will bring
n
n
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
n
- Demonstrated experience delivering events, field marketing programs or integrated campaigns, ideally in a B2B, technology or channel environment.
n
- Strong project management, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across internal teams and external stakeholders.
n
- A practical, detail-focused and customer-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery.
n
- Experience managing agencies, suppliers, budgets, invoices and event logistics.
n
- Working knowledge of CRM, email marketing, social media and digital marketing platforms.
n
- Ability and willingness to travel within Australia and New Zealand and occasionally work outside standard hours for events.
n

Highly regarded

- Experience in the security, technology, electronics, distribution or channel sector.
n
- Experience supporting product go-to-market programs and lead-generation campaigns.
n
- Mandarin language capability and experience working in a multicultural or global organisation.
n
- Basic capability with design, video, content management or marketing automation tools.
