We are looking for instructors to teach on Monday, Tuesday and/ or Wednesday evenings.

Role Responsibilities

n

n
- Fitness Classes - Design and run both strength based and conditioning based fitness classes at our Collingwood Venue.
n
- Membership – Promote recent memberships through customer engagement and by supporting venue and marketing initiatives.
n
- Facilities monitoring and presentation – Maintain venue cleanliness and report on equipment and facility needs, improvements and safety.
n
- Innovation – Be agile and responsive to industry trends and customer feedback, report ideas and research to management.

The Right Fit

n

n
- Minimum of Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness or equivalent
n
- Minimum two years of fitness industry experience
n
- Must love climbing or a willingness to learn and understand climbing movements
n
- Must be a great team player
n
- You love the idea of growing and engaging with a diverse community
