Kawana Flooring is growing (AGAIN!), and we’re on the hunt for a driven, motivated, fun Salesperson and trainee to join our team urgently!

We pride ourselves on being one of the best in the industry, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for exceptional service, solid sales results, and helping us to become Queensland’s biggest flooring shop.

About the Role

You’ll be based in our beautiful showroom, selling:

- Flooring
- Window coverings

This is a sales-focused role.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales (first and foremost!)
- Quoting and ordering
- Serving and advising customers
- Liaising with installers
- Managing projects from start to finish
- Project administration
- Answering phones and general showroom duties

About You

- Motivated, energetic, and hungry to sell
- Strong customer service skills
- Willing to work hard and grow with the business
- Sales or flooring experience is not essential — attitude is everything!
