Job Description

Melton Entertainment Park in Victoria operates seven days a week with racing, dining, conference facilities, a 41-room four-star hotel, busy gaming lounge and sports bar. This role leads the gaming room and hospitality teams, ensuring VGCCC and Liquor Control Victoria compliance, delivering high standards of service and guest experience, and developing staff for peak performance.
