Lead a strong, experienced team of passionate educators Strong community connections $45hr – $55hr + Educational Leader allowance ANZUK is supporting a fantastic service in Sydney’s upper Northern Beaches in their search for an experienced Educational Leader/2ic to join the team. You will be a warm leader who is passionate about curriculum development and continuous improvement. You will mentor your team through a mix of role-modelling in the room as well as spending 1-1 time with educators and teachers, getting to their individual teaching and learning styles. The centre is looking for a confident and passionate leader, with strong pedagogical knowledge and someone who promotes a culture of collaboration and accountability. You will be someone who celebrates the wins – big or small – and is dedicated to looking after your team’s wellbeing!
