Our client, based in the northern suburbs, is seeking an organised and proactive Customer Service & Contracts Coordinator to join their office‑based customer service team. This role supports day‑to‑day customer enquiries, service issues, logistics coordination and contract administration, acting as a key link between customers, operations and administration.
About the Role
Manage incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries
Own customer issues and follow them through to resolution
Coordinate missed collections, service changes, bin deliveries and ad‑hoc requests
Work closely with operations and drivers to resolve daily service matters
Maintain accurate customer, service and site information in company systems
Support contract renewals, pricing updates and agreement documentation
What You'll Bring
Experience in customer service or service coordination
Solid communication skills and a calm, solutions‑focused approach
Ability to juggle priorities and follow tasks through
High attention to detail and confidence using databases and Microsoft Office
Comfortable working autonomously and within a team
Highly Regarded
Experience in waste, transport, logistics or service‑based operations
Knowledge of waste/logistics systems (e.g., Wastedge)
Background in contract administration or renewals
